Your privacy rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the privacy laws of the other places we serve, you can ask us to do any of the things below. We acknowledge a request within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy says what we hold and why.

If you have an account, the quickest way is in the app: open Settings, then Your privacy rights. There you can download a copy of your data at once, name a nominee, and delete your account (also on the Delete account page).

Send a request

Signed out, or not using an app? Send your request here. We email a link to the address you give; your request counts only once you open that link, so nobody can make a request in your name. If you do not open it, the request is deleted after 7 days.

How to complain

A complaint goes to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on the Contact page. You can also write to support@nikatru.com. If we do not resolve your complaint, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
